Sunday 8 September 2019 Glebe Residents Meeting with proponent Gym Developer turns ugly

> . 24 Glebe area residents attended a scheduled meeting today with the Hotel guru and said they are very much against the proposal for the Bottleshop to be converted to a noisy intrusive Gym that operates from 5 am with very loud and blaring music.

> .Unfortunately the developer got quite fired up. His last words were that he would do what he liked and if the residents didn't like it then they should sell up their houses ....

. All of the houses are on residential zoned land and the whole area is heritage listed.

. Oh dear so much for community discussion and consultation.
